Voidweaver's Devour Matter now fires as a real bonus child action on each SW:D cast against a shielded target (via `target.has_absorb()` from simulationcraft#11435), replacing the `force_devour_matter` approximation. APL updated to gate on `(priest.force_devour_matter|target.has_absorb)`; the force option is preserved as a manual override.
