This PR exports TypeBox's internal string parsing infrastructure (ParseBox). It also renames the Parse method to Syntax. This to draw a greater distinction between the internal parsing infrastructure and syntax type construction. Previous methods are flagged as deprecated, they will be removed on the next minor revision.
Important: This PR temporarily removes support for Module / Interface and Type Alias parsing (these require creation via Standard Type API builder method). This in support of streamlining syntax parsing between TypeBox and TypeMap.
