- Bump all @angular/* packages from ^19.x to ^20.x
- Update @angular/cdk, @angular-devkit/build-angular, @angular/cli accordingly
- Upgrade ng-packagr from ^19.2.2 to ^20.3.2
- Upgrade TypeScript from ~5.8.3 to ~5.9.3
- Add Angular schematics defaults in angular.json for type separators
- Regenerate package-lock.json to reflect new dependency tree
