[Bug]: Many apps don't have icons in the dock and some icons look blurrier than others

What happened?

Steam, Tlauncher, minecraft games either from steam or heroic games launcher are missing their icon on the dock with this log:

** (singularity-desktop:74169): WARNING **: 16:20:06.928: app_system.vala:948: AppSystem: FAILED to resolve AppInfo for 'steamwebhelper'. Dock icon may be missing or generic.

And also some apps have blurry icon like Discord, that has a noticeably blurrier icon that the others.

Steps to reproduce

1. open one of the mentioned apps

Expected behavior

Every app has the correct icon like in KDE

this is half fixed, for example Steam now has the correct icon, but Tlauncher which I run just as a .jar file and minecraft still don't have any icon on the dock, they don't have a .desktop entry but they do still have an icon on the panel in kde, so maybe it's taking the window icon and using it as the icon in the panel.

also the discord icon still looks blurrier then the rest
