Fix the community-store automated review failure (obsidianmd/no-static-styles-assignment) that delisted the plugin: the deleted-row cursor is now set via a CSS class instead of an inline style, and the "Sync now" button uses sentence case. Also carries the 0.2.8 fix lowering minAppVersion to 1.11.4 (the real minimum required by the SecretComponent/secretStorage API).
