Weekly reset timer

Hi, I found the block reset timer, but I couldn't find a weekly reset timer. It would be great to have this feature. It would also be nice to see projected usage by the end of the week.

@shp7724 Just published 2.1.7 with a separate Block Reset Timer and Weekly Reset Timer.

Might need to wait about 3 minutes for the usage cache to invalidate it before it pulls new data with the reset time, or clear out ~/.cache/ccstatusline/usage.*

Do we have any ideas on how we could add weekly projected usage as well?

@shp7724 No clue on projecting usage at the moment, but I'll welcome a PR if it's clean and makes sense.
