After discussion with multiple people at WeLoveSpeed (and my own old thoughts), the HTTP2 promise of faster page load aren't always true. Remove the HTTP2 check (and http3 is coming soon) and change the wording on using HTTP push because that is really hard to get right.

thoughts), the HTTP2 promise of faster page load aren't always true.
Remove the HTTP2 check (and http3 is coming soon) and change the wording
on using HTTP push because that is really hard to get right.
There where so many promises (and talks) about how HTTP2 was gonna change page loading and making things better for everyone ... lets hope we don't get the same promises without any testing with HTTP3.
