The README.md status section shows several items as "in progress" that are actually complete.

Current State

skills/command-development/README.md:250-254:

**Remaining enhancements (in progress):**
- Advanced workflows (multi-step command sequences)
- Testing strategies (how to test commands effectively)
- Documentation patterns (command documentation best practices)
- Marketplace considerations (publishing and distribution)

Actual State

All these reference files exist and are complete:

Closing as not planned. The README.md file was removed in commit 3b374b2 - skills use SKILL.md as the primary documentation file, making a separate README redundant.
