Summary

Two maintenance tasks to improve skill quality:

1. Verify all referenced files in skills actually exist
2. Evaluate whether skills should use the allowed-tools frontmatter field

Task 2: allowed-tools Evaluation

Finding: The allowed-tools frontmatter field is a command-only feature, not applicable to skills.

From the official docs:

Commands can restrict which tools Claude can use via the allowed-tools field

Skills use a different frontmatter schema with name, description, and optionally version.

Result: No changes needed. The issue's suggested allowed-tools additions are not applicable to skills.
