Couple of recipes are missing

I like this, really fun.

There are some combinations missing.
For example, there is no combination that leads to blood.

Looked it up on a cheat site, beast + hunter = blood.

In combinations.yaml beast + hunter = wool

I got the combinations from http://www.supercheats.com/android/walkthroughs/alchemy-walkthrough01.txt. I guess they didn't have everything there!
