Gcc 16 is now released. I'm going to try to get a PR out to update w64devkit today, I'm opening this issue to track that.

Thanks, @Peter0x44! Unless we run into a serious problem, I expect we'll have a new release this weekend with GCC 16. Skimming the changes I see we will want --enable-tls.

(I'm traveling for work out of the country and won't be able to do much for another 40 hours.)

Yes, native Windows TLS is now supported by both gcc and clang!
