Current Behavior

In Defender > Inventory > no arc-enabled k8s cluster shows up

Expected Behavior

• validate whether fixes in the security policy led to compliance of the idle cluster or why else there are no recommendations anymore.
• or else update solution description to match that there are no recommendations
