`skip android emulator list` fails on fresh install

In UTM.app, install a fresh copy of macOS 26.3, install Android Studio Panda 1 | 2025.3.1 Patch 1, launch it with standard configuration. That will install an Android SDK in ~/Library/Android/sdk, including platform-tools/adb and emulator/emulator, but it won't add them to your $PATH.

We should be picking up the emulator command from the Homebrew android-commandlinetools install. Is /opt/homebrew/share/android-commandlinetools/emulator/emulator present in your UTM install? What does skip android emulator list -v show?

For me, with a "clean" environment, it shows:

$ skip android emulator list -v

In a UTM environment following my test plan in skiptools/skip#632 where we've only just installed Xcode, Android Studio, and Skip, Homebrew's ANDROID_HOME in /opt/homebrew/share/android-commandlinetools only contains one directory, cmdline-tools. cmdline-tools/latest/bin contains sdkmanager and avdmanager, but no emulator/emulator and no platform-tools/adb.

If you skip android emulator create, you'll run into #187…

… but if you workaround #187 (by symlinking openjdk into /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines, or by installing the Temurin cask), then you can skip android emulator create. That will find sdkmanager on the path and install the emulator in android-commandlinetools. (emulator still won't be on the $PATH in that case.)
