`skip test` generates a bogus report in `skip-lib`

Yeah, we never updated the test output reporting since we added Skip Lite support for Swift Testing and converted skip-lib to use Testing-style tests (in skiptools/skip-lib#35). It currently only parses the XCTest-style output.

Note that you can always run swift test, which does the same thing as skip test, just without the fancy parsing and table generation. You just need to read the output manually.

Another issue seems to be that when the tests are using Testing instead of XCTest, the transpiled JUnit tests are not being run at all.
