This change adds a
skip export --ios-simflag (false by default) that will cause the export to include an iOS Simulator build. This will be used when we eventually have CI support for launching the app and running UI tests in simulator (and emulator, but we don't need to do anything extra for Android, since the .apk already supports emulator testing).
