The initial release of the application for use for the 6th Validation Cycle. The application targets the ValidationCycle6 tag of the dcc-quality-assurance repository.

It pulls and displays all the QR Codes available in this tag and provides an easy interface for capturing the testing results for them.

1. Add favicon.
2. Display the payload of the selected DCC.
3. Prompt for the deletion of the results when country/platform changes.
