- implement expanded Ruby DSL runtime primitives for transformer/model composition - add/update DSL docs under docs/src/ruby_dsl and add feature proposal docs under rfp - update distributed utils internals to use newer Ruby features (Data, Process.warmup) - update CI workflows and README to reflect current Ruby/testing setup
