- bump test dependencies xunit, Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk and, Newtonsoft.Json
- replaced test dependencies Serilog (etc) with own logging capture impl.
…e to maintain some extra code, Serilog is not easy to maintain with the different target frameworks/libraries and its dependencies.
