Bumps the Vitest DOM environment from jsdom 28 to 29.1.1. Dev/test-only — no effect on the built app or the deployed Pages bundle.
Replaces the stale Dependabot PR #14 (which branched off pre-Angular-22 main). Verified: 91 tests pass on jsdom 29.
