HTTP/3 & QUIC over NebulaVPN

Hi, I have been struggling for some hours to get HTTP/3 working on my web server (to which I connect using Nebula), and just want to share some tips that can save other people's time:

• First ensure that HTTP/3 works without VPN. If your curl doesn't allow '--http3' check this
• Nebula's MTU must be set at least to 1330 (I have mine at 1350 and it works perfectly well). If it's less than that (for example, the default value which is 1300), then the client connection times out, and falls back to HTTP/2.
• If curl --http3-only works but your browser still makes HTTP/2 requests (check that in 'Developer Tools' - Network enabling the Protocol column), then remove the browser's cache and try again.
