This PR cleans up the ui_redesign branch. This includes:
file_io)trace_file_converter.pyfile_handler.pyIOTimeParserout offile_handler.pyand into its own filetime_parser.pytest_trace_file_converter.pyinto a new directorytest_file_ioui_redesign_test.py-->main.py
