  • Roadmap: record channelization (#82) branch decision — based on cleanup Add the self-describing-frames / channel-layout-cleanup track (#82) to the Other-open-tracks table and PR-stack diagram, and a Key-decisions note explaining why the work is based on cleanup rather than wtj-refactor or fp-pid (only branch carrying both the read-side code and the resource FW it interacts with; cost is inheriting the FP-PID HW gate).
