Do not work inside pub and sub locations: nchan_group_max_subscribers and nchan_group_max_messages_memory
I am not sure if these settings only work for a pubsub location. Or, do they also work for individual pub and sub locations to set initial values for Max Subscribers and Max Messages Memory?
It would be nice to declare initial values for these settings, rather than having to manually set them with a POST request later.
