Upload the branch python3 to the Pypi

I think could be useful upload the branch...maybe something like "geolocation-python3".

contributors file is a good idea..you can create it :)

in this week we have to create plan.. what kind of feature we are going to add into this project.

Ok.. On my head is python2 and pipi and on your head is python3 and pipi. If you have 100% sure that version for python3 is ok.. you can upload it :)
