UTDB is a database system designed for CCS project in Energy & Geoscience Institute (EGI), University of Utah. This is a GIS based map system, as the data feature will be shown based on the geographical location location in a base map.
Design documents are used to design database system before implementation.
This database is deployed on AWS amplify, with webiste. Due to the limitation on AWS amplify, version 1.x (Backend with Java SpringBoot and database with PostgreSQL) was delted, and version 2.x is updated to use system in AWS amplify.
Frontend interface is implemented by Typescript React (version 2.0, Jun 2022).
Data explorer from Utah Department of Natural Resources Division of Oil, Gas and Mining (UDOGM) and NatCarb from NETL, DOE are used as reference for user interface.
Map service is implemented by Mapbox (version 2.0, Jun 2022).
