Log Files: Adding date / time stamps to "INFO", "SEVERE", and "WARNING". #954

Release: 3.1.0
When the messages "INFO", "SEVERE", and "WARNING" appear in the following logs, a date / time stamp would be nice to have associated with these records.

-message.log
-autopsy_trace.log.#
-solr.log.stderr.#
