Hi! This page should tell you more about Dogbot.

What's Dogbot for?

Dogbot is not a specialized bot. Rather, it is a generic bot. It has many features, ranging from moderation to Fun commands that serve no purpose.

Okay, so what can I do with it?

Type d?help in chat. If you need help with a specific command, type d?help <command name> in chat for details. It is also recommended that you check out the command list, which is the list of all commands that people can use.

Some commands on the Command List aren't on the bot...they don't work! What gives?

Specific commands will not show unless the bot has permissions to carry out the action that the command is involved in. For example d?ban will only work if all of these conditions are true:

• The command is not being used in private message.
• The person running the command has the Ban Members permission.
• The bot has the Ban Members permission.

If not all of these conditions are true, the command will either 1) Not show in d?help, or 2) Not work for the user. Don't worry about memorizing the conditions as they are all laid out in the command list. Be sure to check the Notes/Aliases column if you need help.

How do I configure things?

Go here for a list of the configuration commands. You need the Manage Server permission in order to run the configuration commands. If you don't feel like staring at the list, here's a rundown.
