Carve out legacy Ruby (v1) docs into their own section wip switched from a Ruby gem to a C# Native AOT binary at v2 (per the README), but this wiki still described the Ruby implementation as the current one across several pages. Add a Ruby-Implementation landing page, mark Architecture/Development/Testing-and-Linting/Release-Process as v1-only legacy docs with no further updates planned, group them under their own sidebar/Home section, and correct the install and version-check instructions on Home/Getting-Started/wip-version/ wip-shell/Reporting-Issues to reflect the current v2 binary.
