Most changes motivating this fork have since been realized in TuLiP,
and those not yet realized in TuLiP are in the (possibly not yet
public) process of being so.  As such, there is no more motivation to
keep this fork.

This repository will be deleted on or after 1 May 2016, and the URL http://scottman.net/2013/nTLP will redirect to http://tulip-control.org
