Fixes desktop integration for AppImages that use a generic desktop ID such as
desktop.aimnow prefers the app metadataNamewhen deriving the managed app ID, so ClickUp'sdesktop.AppImageis integrated asclickupinstead ofdesktop. This also gives the installed icon a specific filename, avoiding broken icon display in KDE Plasma Kickoff.The integration flow also refreshes the KDE service cache after desktop changes.
Note: Existing apps are not migrated automatically on upgrade. They are migrated opportunistically when re-added or updated and
aimcan identify the new integration as the same app.Fixes #1
