Add "Yes, allow everything during this session" option to bypass all permission prompts after approving a plan, not just edits.
Skip auto-collapse on web and Mac Catalyst so the config panel stays visible while typing. Also skip collapsing on initial render when draft text is restored.

Summary

Show/hide archived sessions toggle: Add a toggle in the sidebar to show or hide archived sessions. Archived sessions are hidden by default to reduce clutter, with a persisted preference in storage.
