Translate How-to-Use and the ADB guide into pt-BR/es/de Como-Usar / Cómo-Usar / Verwendung and the three ADB permission pages mirror the English content (including the current Troubleshooting section); feature names follow the app's own locale strings. All five versions of both pages carry a language-switcher line, translated join pages now link their own-language usage page, and Home lists everything. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Point translated join pages at their own-language forms The pt-BR/es/de join and leave forms now exist, so the translated pages link them instead of the English forms (and drop the "in English" notes). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Add pt-BR/es/de translations of the join page Participar-do-Teste-Beta, Unirse-a-la-Beta, and Beta-Test-beitreten mirror Join-the-Beta-Test; README anchor links point at the matching translated README. All join pages carry a language-switcher line and Home lists the new pages. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Note that reinstalling clears the appops grant The README tells users to uninstall when switching between the Play and sideload channels, and uninstalling silently clears the PROJECT_MEDIA grant — so channel switchers hit the dialog again with no explanation. Add the troubleshooting bullet in both languages. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Overhaul the Troubleshooting section with the Advanced-settings fixes Reorder by lifecycle (blank mirror first, visual issues, then the platform limitation) and document the two shipped Advanced options the section never mentioned: Adjust mirror width/height for residual gaps or cut-off edges after Force Landscape, and Fixed mirror size (v1.6.4) for the stretch/distortion when the visible area resizes in split view. Wording matches the app's UI strings in both languages. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Link to How to Use as the final join step After verifying the three launcher entries, point new testers at the How to Use page for starting the mirror in the car. Both languages. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Merge invite-timing and waitlist sections into one bullet list "When Your Invite Arrives" and "Waitlist & Slot Rotation" covered the same lifecycle and cross-referenced each other; now a single "After You Sign Up" section walks the four cases in order: slot free (hourly batch, email within the hour), list full (immediate waitlist email, opt-in later), slot rotation (install soon), and no-email troubleshooting. Both languages. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Fold the opt-in propagation note into the IMPORTANT block Two stacked callouts in the same section read as clutter; the "takes a few minutes to appear on the Play Store" line now ends the IMPORTANT block instead of standing alone as a NOTE. Both languages. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Clarify email timing: hourly batch vs immediate waitlist notice Spell out the two cases separately: the opt-in confirmation normally arrives within an hour (shortly after the top of the hour, when the hourly batch runs), while a full list triggers an immediate waitlist email — with the opt-in confirmation following only once a slot frees up. Both languages. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Update join/leave steps for verified email collection The forms now ask the respondent to sign in to Google and record the signed-in account automatically — there is no email field to fill in. Reworded "Before You Start", the join step, and the leave step (sign in with the account you want to remove) in both languages. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Beta pages: fix inaccurate "install to keep your slot" claim Rotation evicts the longest-held slots when the list is full and others are queued — it does not check whether you installed, so installing does not protect your slot. Reword both pages to say a slot isn't permanent and to explain rotation goes by how long you've held it; install soon to make use of the slot while it's active. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Beta pages: drop the specific slot count, just say slots are limited Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Reorganize the beta sign-up page structure Resequence both the EN and ZH pages into a clearer flow: intro + full-app note, then "Before You Start" (account + add-to-contacts prerequisites pulled out of the steps), How to Join, "When Your Invite Arrives" (the two timing callouts consolidated), "Waitlist & Slot Rotation" (promoted out of generic Notes, wording aligned with the opt-in/waitlist emails), Leaving, and a trimmed Notes. Condensed the top Android-version table into a one-line intro + README pointer. Facts, links, cap number and wording unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Beta-test pages: clarify the install is the full official app Some users read "beta test" as an unfinished trial app. Add a NOTE on both the EN and ZH pages explaining that this installs the full, official ScreenOnAuto — Google's beta-tester list is just the delivery/install mechanism (and what makes it work with Android Auto), not a separate trial. Existing beta/測試/tester wording and all links are left unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Beta-test pages: document the automatic hourly batch sync The tester list is now pushed to Play on an automatic hourly batch, so the confirmation email typically arrives within an hour of signing up (the next hourly batch) rather than "a day or two". Update the timing note on both the EN and ZH guides. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Beta-test pages: remind testers to check the 3 launcher icons after install Add a post-install step pointing to the README "Verify in Android Auto" section so Play-beta users confirm the three ScreenOnAuto entries appear. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Beta-test pages: set realistic email-arrival expectation Opt-in emails are now sent in batches (after the owner imports the CSV and triggers the send), not instantly. Reword the callout from "within a few minutes" to "up to a day or two" so testers don't assume the email is lost and re-submit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Beta-test pages: tell testers to whitelist screenonauto@gmail.com The opt-in confirmation email can land in Spam/Promotions. Add an IMPORTANT callout telling users to add the sender to contacts before submitting and to mark "Not spam" if it lands there. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Drop "Android 14+ not supported" note from ADB pages The Play internal-testing build now covers Android 14+, so the blanket unsupported note no longer holds. Keep the "Tested on 7.0-13" line. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Add Join the Beta Test guide (Play internal-testing track) Bilingual EN/ZH pages with the sign-up/leave forms, step-by-step instructions, and the 100-slot rotation + cross-channel signing notes. Link both from Home. Android 14+ users install via this track. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Update ADB permission page for idv.lzn.screenonauto package Use idv.lzn.screenonauto as the single package name in both the EN and zh-TW ADB permission pages (grant + revoke). No com.lzn references are shown to users — the docs read as if the package was idv.lzn.screenonauto all along.
Distinguish GitHub vs Play package names for ADB permission grant
Add ADB mirror permission guide (EN + zh-TW)
