Where can I find or configure location for step-ca logging?

Hi @siewer currently the logging is very simple, you can configure it in the ca.json

Currently, only format (text, json, common) and trace header can be configured, this last one defaults to "X-Smallstep-Id".

@siewer It logs to stderr, if you want to redirect it to a file you need to use tools like syslog/systemd-journald for it.
