This PR updates the default MCMS/Timelock operation finalization timeout used during TON MCMS suite deployments from 10s to 30s.
Changes:
- Increase
DefaultOpFinalizationTimeoutfrom 10 to 30 seconds. - Update the
DeployMCMSSeqInput.OpFinalizationTimeoutfield comment to reflect the new default.
