This pull request adds support for the Ethereum Hoodi testnet across the codebase, including configuration, documentation, and utility functions. It also makes minor updates to Bittensor EVM explorer URLs and reference data, and ensures all relevant files recognize the new network.

Ethereum Hoodi Testnet Integration:

  • Added Ethereum Hoodi (ETHEREUM_HOODI) to chains.json with its chain ID, explorer, and native currency details.
  • Registered Ethereum Hoodi as a supported chain type in types.ts and mapped it in provider and utility functions (web3Providers.ts, index.ts). [1] [2] [3] [4]
  • Included Ethereum Hoodi in the changelog and added documentation for LINK token and faucets in link-token-contracts.mdx. [1] [2]
  • Added Ethereum Hoodi details to the reference chain data and LINK token mapping. [1] [2]

Bittensor EVM and Tempo Testnet Updates:

  • Updated Bittensor EVM explorer URL and added EVM explorer reference. [1] [2]
  • Fixed placement of Tempo Testnet entry in chains.json. [1] [2]
