Unable to run a particular command that on POWERSHELL Terminal

I am trying to run a JS file that needs a env variable

The command line that I want to run is using Windows PowerShell is

PRIVATE_KEY_PASSWORD=password node deploy.js

This line of command works on git bash but not on Windows PowerShell

Is there some way to get the same working on Windows PowerShell

@adityapadekar Yes this does not work on the power shell, I got multiple issues related to this. Hope some windows users will give you the reason for it.
