mainly some updates to parameter inputs (allometry, growth parameters and cv), documentation, my process for extracting mean length-at-age from the model (see commit e8d9acc), and graphics. wow, well good news is i code a lot better now, eek. i think the sections .calcEquilibrium and .runModel is where we need to add a section for extracting CVs but i'm not sure.
