- Adds a new overload to FileEmbeddingRetriever allowing batch retrieval of embeddings using start and end indices, enabling efficient partial reads from cached query results.
- Includes tests to verify correct behavior and boundary handling.
- Added overloads for FileEmbeddingStore to support getting all, batch or single
