no error message when missing write permission on backup folder

In Smartstore 5 there is a database backup tool in /admin/maintenance/.

It does not display a helpful error message when a backup fails if there is no write permission on the backup folder.

Please add a message like "Cannot save backup, because no write permission".

I find the generated error message very helpful:

Non-tech users dont understand such messages.

A store operator who got that message was so confused that he called because of that.
