The README was last updated September 2025 and didn't reflect 96 commits of work including the VPN protection stack, media pipeline, new daemon templates, auto-updates, and production deployment status. Restructured around what the server actually does now rather than a changelog of improvements. Rewrote with humanizer skill to remove AI writing patterns (em dash overuse, bold-header lists, negative parallelisms, promotional language). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
