Update references across 7 documentation files to reflect the migration from SMB to NFS mounts and from podman compose to podman run: - README: NFS mount in service table, logs table, file structure - plex-setup-README: NFS mount setup, troubleshooting commands, host-based auth (no embedded credentials) - operator: NFS mount in capabilities and dock setup - keychain-credential-management: NFS host-based auth, no credential embedding for mount scripts - environment-variables: add NAS_VOLUME variable documentation - container-transmission-proposal: update architecture diagram, VirtioFS resolution (§5.1), startup ordering (§5.2) - prerequisites: protocol-neutral 1Password item description Historical docs (plans/, code-review) left as-is.
