feat: add KSeF 2.4 problem details and self-revoke support

Summary

• refresh generated OpenAPI artifacts to match KSeF API 2.4.0, including new problem-details schemas and updated snapshot metadata
• add runtime support for KSeF 2.4 problem-details responses in HTTP/CLI flows, enable problem-details by default in CLI clients, and expose CLI self-revoke for token-authenticated sessions
• update user-facing documentation for KSeF 2.4 behavior, typed-model migration, richer CLI error hints, and the new CLI auth flow
• bump GitHub Actions versions used by project workflows

Changes

OpenAPI and generated models

• refresh specs/ksef-openapi.snapshot.json to the 2.4.0 test-environment contract
• regenerate src/ksef_client/openapi_models.py and src/ksef_client/models.pyi
• extend tests/test_openapi_models.py with round-trip coverage for the new problem-details models

API and CLI behavior

• parse 400, 410, and 429 application/problem+json payloads into typed models and preserve richer error details in KsefApiError / KsefRateLimitError
• add CLI problem-detail hint rendering so auth, export, health, invoice, send, and UPO commands show detail, reason code, validation errors, trace id, instance, and retry-after when available
• enable X-Error-Format: problem-details by default for clients created by the CLI factory so structured hints are used end-to-end in normal CLI runs
• store the embedded KSeF token reference number during auth login-token and add ksef auth revoke-self-token for token-based sessions
• add a fallback in revoke-self-token that recovers the current token reference from GET /tokens when older saved sessions do not have the cached reference number
• extend tests around HTTP error parsing, auth manager behavior, CLI error rendering, auth integration status/logout flow, CLI factory defaults, and token E2E visibility checks

Documentation

• update compatibility notes to KSeF API 2.4.0 in the root README and docs index
• document typed-model API migration in docs/migration-typed-model-api.md
• document new token visibility / self-revoke behavior and the X-Error-Format: problem-details header support in docs/api/tokens.md and docs/errors.md
• document that CLI sends the problem-details header by default and document the new ksef auth revoke-self-token command in CLI docs

CI

• bump actions/checkout, actions/setup-python, actions/upload-artifact, and actions/github-script to current major versions in repository workflows

Validation

• python tools/lint.py --strict
