Maintenance and reliability release.

  • 🧱 Iva’s Node code and tests are now TypeScript end to end. Five tiny compatibility launchers keep the installed CLI, installer and systemd paths stable.
  • 🛡️ Every pull request now checks linting, formatting, strict types, the full test suite, raised coverage floors, the Eve build and an isolated replica install.
  • 🔧 Post-migration hardening preserves Telegram update handling and token-usage accounting on edge cases discovered by the stricter checks.
  • 🗺️ The memory table of contents now follows the domains that actually exist, and shared fixtures keep the TypeScript and Python parsers aligned.

No configuration migration is required.
