Reliability release for the Telegram working indicator.

  • 🧹 The "Working…" status with its Stop button now always disappears once the reply arrives. Replying to one of Iva's messages while she was still busy bypassed the bridge queue and stole the running turn's status record, leaving its indicator stuck in the chat forever.
  • 🛡️ Crashed and parked turns clean up after themselves: a lost terminal event or a stale run no longer leaves an orphaned indicator behind.
  • 💬 All five status loaders switched to the animated iconemoji1 pack (typing dots for a working turn); non-Premium fallbacks are unchanged.
  • 🧰 A dirty install no longer rolls back a healthy update — the new core activates and local changes are preserved as a recovery bundle, with a one-step repair for installs stuck on an older updater.

No configuration migration is required.
