v0.3.2 — Maintenance in /menu

Feature: a 🛠 Maintenance screen in /menu — the install's technical commands right in chat.

• 🛠 Maintenance in /menu — 🩺 Doctor (iva doctor), 🧹 Vault cleanup (the 0.3.1 streaming cleaner), 🌙 Night memory cycle (runs the nightly doctor unit right now instead of 05:00) and 🔄 Update (hands off to the existing /update flow). Confirmation before every run, live progress in the same message — an animated loader from the update flow's emoji pack, one color per command, the current step and elapsed time, a ✖ Cancel button — and a one-line summary with numbers at the end.
• 🚦 Safe by construction — one command at a time, doctor/cleanup refuse to start while an update is running, timeouts on everything, and the night cycle runs as its own systemd unit so a bridge restart can't orphan it.
