Solving difficult high background images

Hi I'm trying to solve this image. Im wondering if anyone is able to solve it. I was able to get it to solve by selecting the stars by hand and sending to astrometry.net, but im wondering if cedar detect can do it automatically. If so, what settings did you use?

I doubt cedar can detect stars in that image. It looks to be heavily over-exposed, noisy, and at least slightly unfocused. What kind of camera module and lens are you using?
