… the deprecated version from `SnabbleUI`. Also remove default value for the project in Builder function to avoid further IllegalArgumentException

Changed project reference to the constructor param to get rid of IllegalArgumentExeption due to requireNotNull(project) reference.
How to test?
I couldn't reproduce the bug. But it should fix it.
