Broken link to License in Documentation

My team was reviewing the licenses for the various datasets, and we noticed that the link for the license for the ogbn-products dataset (https://s3.amazonaws.com/amazon-reviews-pds/license.txt) is broken.  I believe the correct link is https://aws.amazon.com/asl/.  Any chance this could be updated?
