Title doesn't work when pressing back in browser

When you create a selectpicker with a title, the title doesn't get selected when navigating to the page with the browser back (or forward) button. Instead, the first option gets selected.

This doesn't work since 1.13.17 and probably has been broken while fixing #1023

Can confirm this for v1.13.10. Will there be a fix anytime soon?

Bug is not occuring in v1.13.18 anymore. Nevertheless, we have to listen on the "rendered" event, to get the selected value. When we go back in the browser and listen on the "loaded.bs.select"-Event, we don't get the value selected by the browsers "back mechanism". Even when we listen on "changed.bs.select" we don't get this value. Only with the "rendered.bs.select" we get it.
