Description
Implement mgw:board sync subcommand that iterates every .mgw/active/*.json file, looks up the corresponding board item by stored board_item_id or queries by issue number if missing, and updates Status, AI Agent, Phase, and Milestone fields to match current state. Handles items added to the board outside MGW. Designed for use after a context reset or board drift. Print a reconciliation diff table.
